How To Get A Flat Belly Fast - 3 Small Tips To Make A Drop In Your Pants Size

A lot of people have been asking how to get a flat belly fast but what we need to understand is that these things need time to take effect. So many weight loss programs in the market have been promoting the theme that the steps to getting a flat belly is as simple as A B C.

From having pills, medicines to books, we get blinded by all the fancy names of these products that makes great promises of guaranteed results, only to write in small imprint that they do not guarantee results can work for anyone. Always beware of products that promises immediate results. You know in your heart that it is probably too good to be true.

Always remember to apply simple logic and common sense. If you want to lead a fat-free life, remember that you need to take each stage one step at a time and not make any dramatic shift in the way you have always been used to. Although I am suggesting making small and gradual changes to your lifestyle, you must always understand what is the best way to achieve your target.

I have listed 3 tips that you can start applying now.

Tip 1:

What small steps am I talking about? For example, you can start off with coffee. How about not putting any cream into your coffee or replace sugar cubes with artificial sugar instead? You can also slowly reducing the amount of pasta or rice that you will consume everyday. Just do one thing at a time and gradually cut out more foods that are unhealthy or that will cause you to lose weight. If you can apply this first tip, you should be able to see results to getting a flatter belly soon.

Tip 2:

Eat fresh fruit in the morning, or eat some cereal. Always take your breakfast as this will be considered your most important meal of the day. Research have shown that people who do not take breakfast tend to gain more weight as they will compensate the energy needed during lunch and dinner.

Also for choices of food, remember to take more sweet potatoes and yams, avoid potatoes, white rice or pasta. Have more vegetables as well. The idea here is to prevent you from eating heavily for dinner especially. Most of the people who has a thick waistline attributes to having a heavy dinner every night.

Tip 3:

Choose the exercises that you will enjoy. Many people make the mistake of forcing themselves to jog even though they simply hate jogging. They may run for 3 months and just give up after that. So pick a sport that you will be eager to do and not drag your feet. If you prefer to spend your time in the gym, do different exercises and variations to shock your muscles and enjoy the feeling of the strain in the muscles after a good workout.

Weight Loss Made Simple

The Plan

You don't need diet pills or television gimmicks to lose weight. All you need is a good diet plan, and you need to stick to it. Any good diet plan needs only two parts, an eating plan and exercise. I prefer to use the term eating plan over diet because the word diet makes me think of eating less food, or food that has little or no taste. The plan is to kick up your metabolism so that you're burning more calories during the day. Consult your doctor before beginning any exercise or diet program.

20 Minutes a Day, 3 Days a Week

This is one of the best and easiest ways to get your exercise in and build lean muscle. Muscle building is one of the important parts of this guide. An extra pound of muscle will burn about 50 calories a day even if you're sitting and watching television. To build lean muscle, do a weight circuit. Do squats, push-ups, bent-over row, military press, upright row, triceps, wall sit, and bicep curls with a set of free weights that you're comfortable with. Try to go from one exercise to the next without resting, and this will keep your heart rate up. Rest a minute or two between sets. Start with 2 sets of the circuit and then move to 3 sets when you're ready.

How to Eat

Make sure you eat first thing in the morning to jumpstart you metabolism. Eat six times a day, three small meals and snack in between. Frequent eating will keep your metabolism running strong. Drink plenty of water as this also helps metabolism. If you're feeling hungry, then drink a glass of water, and if you're still hungry after that then go ahead and eat. Sometime thirst can be confused with hunger and a lot of people don't drink enough water every day.

What to Eat

Eat as many vegetables as you like. Eat foods like lean meats, eggs, low or non-fat dairy, beans, nuts, berries, oatmeal, whole grain food, and definitely ad some whey protein after workouts. Stay away from trans fats, saturated fats and high fructose corn syrup. Unsaturated fats are good for you and are found in olive oil, nuts, avocados, etc. Use olive oil to cook with instead of butter. Use this guideline to make a healthy version of things you like to eat. For an example, you could make a pizza with a whole wheat crust, tomato sauce, lean meat such as turkey or chicken, and any type of vegetables you like.

Stick to the Plan

Don't go on and off of fad diets, you'll end up weighing more than when you started. Make a lifestyle change by eating healthy and exercising, because it's a sure way to lose weight and keep it off. You don't have to use the plan in this guide, but it's what works for me.

Finding real life hoodia success stories isn't hard to do. You can visit just about any website promoting or selling hoodia supplements and they'll have a testimonial page full of success stories from those who have tried hoodia. The problem is you never know if these hoodia success stories are real or not. Is the seller posting real testimonials or are they made up by the seller in a cheap attempt to get you to buy their product?

The best hoodia success stories are those that are covered by journalists who don't have an interest in selling you anything. With that in mind, I ran across an interesting story online by WAVE 3, a NBC television station in Louisville, KY. The television station recruited three regular people back in late February who were willing to try hoodia for a twelve week period. WAVE 3 monitored their progress and reported their results. The station recently revealed the final results of the twelve week trial.

The three participants lost an average of twelve pounds over the twelve week period. That's not all there is to tell in these hoodia success stories. In addition to losing an average of one pound per week, the participants didn't experience any negative side effects. They also noted that hoodia was much more than just a natural appetite suppressant. To them, it was a catalyst to a healthier state of mind.

This is great news to dieters who may be looking for a little help, but my only question about these hoodia success stories is what specifically were these participants doing during this twelve week period? How much hoodia were they taking each day? When were they taking it? Did they make any changes to their diet? Finally, did they exercise and if so, how much and how often? Unfortunately, none of these details were given in the story.

We are lead to believe that all this successful weight loss was the result of hoodia alone. Normally I'm suspicious of successful weight loss results from hoodia users when they say hoodia alone was the answer. The reason is because hoodia's role as part of an overall weight loss program is somewhat limited given that it only suppresses appetite. Dieters still have to do the heavy lifting such as maintaining a healthy diet and ideally, maintaining a regular exercise program. However, if these three participants did in fact lose an average of one pound per week on hoodia alone, I'm willing to accept it because that amount of weight isn't so great as not to be believable.

There are 3,500 calories in a pound of fat. To lose one pound of fat per week, you'd need to consume just 500 calories less per day or burn an additional 500 calories per day. It's very likely that an appetite suppressant could prevent you from eating 500 calories per day. For some that would mean skipping just one candy bar! If hoodia gordonii works as well as many dieters say it does, it's very likely that it could help you skip one or two unhealthy snacks per day at the very least.

Even without having a lot of details in these hoodia success stories, it still adds to the mounting evidence of the effectiveness of hoodia diet pills. Based on these latest hoodia success stories, hoodia diet pills just might be worth considering if you have a few extra pounds to lose.
