Eat More Meals to Lose 15 Pounds Fast?

There are many ways to lose 15 pounds fast. Many people believe they have to stop eating to lose weight. They believe that if they consume less calories, they'll lose weight.

The fact is when you eat less, your metabolism will slow down. Although you lose 15 pounds fast, your body will also try to figure out what is happening and starts burning fewer calories to preserve energy. Using this type of diet plan, your body lacks proper nutrition. This result in slow metabolism. 3) Similar to water, fiber rich foods help to eliminate wastage and fat from your body through regular bowel movement. This will help you to lose weight faster. Fiber can be found in vegetables and fruits, add more fiber rich foods to your small meals help lessen your calorie intake and in the mean time fill up your stomach so you don't feel hungry.

4) There are food with good and bad carbohydrates. Bad carbohydrates will make you gain weight. Avoid Them. Potato chips, white breads and snack crackers will make you gain weight faster than almost anything.

5) Whole grains which contain good carbohydrates help you in losing weight. They have only little fat and calories and they make you feel fuller which prevents you from eating junk foods.

You'll never have to starve yourself to lose weight if you know how metabolism and calories work.
